OUR STORY
Our story is classic north meets south. Meeting at Southern Wesleyan University, Brice, a Wisconsin transplant, and Brittany, a North Carolina native, found more than their degrees in Central, SC; they found a home. For over two decades, we've built a life in Clemson, South Carolina rooted in a shared dedication to God, family, and serving our community. It is a joy to raise our three kids in this beautiful area alongside such incredible neighbors.
North South Homes mission is a personal reflection of who we are and what we've experienced. Driven by firsthand difficulties rebuilding our own home after unexpected loss, we are passionate about serving local families with transparency and clarity, whether you're looking to build, add on, or renovate your home.

Brice has both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Business Administration, and is a Licensed Residential Builder in South Carolina
Brittany has a Master of Science in Management and Leadership
Brice has worked in construction since 2002 and has perfected his craft through real world experience over the last 20 plus years.
Brittany has worked in management and hospitality since 2017 and has led interior design projects for Southern Wesleyan University.
