Approvals & Contract Signing
- Finalize scope of work and timelines in a formal contract.
- Secure deposit and schedule project start date.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals (council, engineering, etc.).
Construction & Regular Updates
- Begin construction or renovation as scheduled.
- Maintain communication with the client through regular updates and site visits.
- Manage trades, suppliers, and ensure quality standards are met.
Final Inspection & Handover
- Conduct a walkthrough with the client to identify any issues (defects list).
- Complete final touches and clean-up.
- Handover keys and relevant documents (warranties, manuals, certificates).
- Ensure client satisfaction and follow up after move-in if needed.
